  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375*F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Place tilapia on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until fish is flaky and topping is golden brown.
