Ingredients
  • 2 lbs flank steak trimmed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups light beer

Instructions
  1. Mix together all of the spices and rub onto the flank steak.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium high heat. Rub grates with olive oil or heat in skillet. Grill or sear the steak for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Add to the slow cooker. Pour beer over top. Cook on low for 8 hours. Slice or shred.
