Mocha Cappuccino: use chocolate protein powder and add 1 TBSP dark cocoa powder and 2 packages of instant coffee/espresso
Coconut Rum Lime: omit vanilla and add 1 tsp rum extract, 1 1/2 tsp coconut extract and zest of 1 lime.
Chocolate Peanut Butter: use 1/4 cup chocolate and 1/4 cup peanut butter flavored protein powder.
Other ideas: use extracts (banana, cinnamon, coffee, strawberry, rum, coconut, etc.) protein powder flavors, fruit zest (orange, lemon, lime)
