Want to join my HIIT classes? HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training which is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise which alternates between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
This is not a group fitness “come and go” class. Space is limited to 6 people and has a personal training feel. You’ll accomplish 30-40 minutes of guided resistance training followed by 20-25 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular training!
