What Is The 12-Week Challenge?

During this 12 week journey, you’re going to work hard, discover amazing things about yourself and walk away with lots of tools to sustain your lifestyle changes.

Please don’t take this challenge lightly It’s called a challenge for a reason! You’ll need to fulfill a goal worksheet, encouraged to participate in FREE fitness events AND stay on track through Spring Break. Life doesn’t stop happening just because you have a goal.

Don’t worry, you’ll have all the tools needed to complete this journey and beyond. You are absolutely capable of achieving epic milestones and I can’t wait for you to discover just how strong – physically and mentally – you are!

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Registration for the event will open on January 10th, 2024.

A: The official start date is Monday, January 29th, 2024.

A: Late entries are welcome anytime, however the event ends on April 22nd, 2024.

A: Weigh-ins are on a walk-in basis during business hours from January 26th-28th, 2024.

A: Yes! As always, the event is open to everyone all over the U.S., including our military families overseas!

A: No – Only the initial and final weigh-ins are required. If you would like to weigh-in more often for accountability or to just check in, I’m happy to help with that. You can also record your weight daily in the fitness app.

A: Registration for the 12-Week Challenge is a one time fee of $100.  All registered participants will receive access to the 12-Week Challenge Fitness App Program, monthly nutrition plans, workshops, events, etc.

A: Yes, the fee provides the ability to fund the Cash Jackpot, Nutrition Coaching, all of the classes, workshops, events, etc.

A: All of the events and Master Classes lead by Sandi Griffin Fitness are FREE for registered participants!! Event sponsors will be offering some free classes to help you reach your goal. There may be some events and/or fitness classes that require a small fee to cover costs of materials, space rental, visitors fees, etc. This is will be posted in the information for the event.

A: Yes! Events and Master Classes lead by Sandi Griffin Fitness are open to everyone, however if an attendee is NOT registered for the 12-Week Challenge, there is a $25 entry fee. All other events will be at the discretion of the sponsor.

A: No – The events are there to help you reach your goal. Everything is on a “want to” and never a “have to” basis. I strongly urge you to try and attend as many different events as you can however! They are here to help you learn, try new things and build the foundation of a lifetime of healthy habits….. and they are FREE!!
A: Event calendars will be posted in the 12-Week Challenge Private Facebook Group. Some events will require an online RSVP form.
A: All events will be recorded and broadcast Facebook Live on the private group page with instructor/speaker and participants permission. No one but the registered participants and sponsors will be able to view the events and they are NOT shareable! Events may be held again only if the volunteer/sponsor is willing to schedule an additional date.
A: we will do our best to broadcast events live via Zoom/Facebook as much as possible to ensure participation amidst location.
A: This will be at the discretion of the instructor/speaker. Please contact them prior to the event for permission. Parent/Guardians will sign a waiver taking full responsibility for anyone under the age of 18. Please remember the events are geared for adults and small children may be a distraction to the class.
A: YES! Our volunteer instructors are all certified and experienced in helping people of all ages and all fitness levels and will help you modify any movement necessary. I will also attend as many fitness classes as I can to provide additional support
