Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey browned and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa cooked and cooled

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
