
Southwestern Quinoa Salad with Ground Turkey
Ingredients
- 20 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey browned and cooled
- 1/2 cup Quinoa cooked and cooled
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
