Almond Flour Pancakes
- 1 scoops Quest whey protein any flavor
- 2 tbs almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavor extract)
- Mix all ingredients together and cook in a nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- For waffles, prepare as above and cook in a pre-heated waffle maker
- Top with Walden Farms or other sugar free syrup
NOTE: A blended protein powder such as Quest or Ghost is strongly recommended for this recipe! The use of other powders may result in a "flatter" and/or drier texture.
