Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz tilapia
  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375*F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place tilapia on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

  • Sprinkle Panko evenly over fish. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until fish is flaky and topping is golden brown.
