
Baked Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Ingredients
- 32 oz tilapia
- 4 oz Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place tilapia on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

- Sprinkle Panko evenly over fish. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until fish is flaky and topping is golden brown.
