
Banana Nut Protein Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup banana flavored whey protein
- 2 bananas ripe
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 5 medjool dates
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour the batter in a bread muffin mold.
- Bake at 335 F (170 C) for about 45-60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean
