Banana Nut Protein Bread

  • 1 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup banana flavored whey protein
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 3 tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Pour the batter in a bread muffin mold.
  • Bake at 335 F (170 C) for about 45-60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean
