Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup low fat parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup onion finely diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  • Using your hands, combine all ingredients. Roll chicken mixture
    into 24 meatballs
  • Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes
    or until golden brown
