Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound chicken breast skinless,boneless, halved into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • OR YOU CAN USE
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • colored bell peppers, zucchini,onions,cherry tomatoes etc.. cubed

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and lime juice. Season with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
  • Place chicken and/or shrimp in shallow dish with sauce and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and/or shrimp onto skewers, alternating with veggies of choice. Discard marinade. Lightly oil the grill. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes
