
Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Phyllo Nests
Ingredients
- 6 cups Plain Chobani Fat free Greek Yogurt
- 6 tbs PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 3 scoops Chocolate Whey protein powder (low carb)
- 8 sheets Phyllo dough (Thawed, non-stick cooking spray)
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to *375F
- 2. Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl and set aside
- 3. Slice strawberries and toss gently with a 2 tbs of sugar substitute, if desired
- 4. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on large cutting board
- 5. Spray lightly with non-stick spray and sprinkle a small amount of sugar
- 6. Repeat layers until you have 4 sheets total
- 7. Use a pizza cutter to cut sheet into 6 squares, Place each square in a muffin tin (Repeat for 6 more squares)
- 8. Bake 5-7 minutes or untitl golden brown. Cool completely, Distribute yogurt and strawberries evenly among the phyllo nests
