Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Phyllo Nests

  • 6 cups Plain Chobani Fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 6 tbs PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 3 scoops Chocolate Whey protein powder (low carb)
  • 8 sheets Phyllo dough (Thawed, non-stick cooking spray)
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)


  • 1. Preheat oven to *375F
  • 2. Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl and set aside
  • 3. Slice strawberries and toss gently with a 2 tbs of sugar substitute, if desired
  • 4. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on  large cutting board
  • 5. Spray lightly with non-stick spray and sprinkle a small amount of sugar
  • 6. Repeat layers until you have 4 sheets total
  • 7. Use a pizza cutter to cut sheet into 6 squares, Place each square in a muffin tin (Repeat for 6 more squares)
  • 8. Bake 5-7 minutes or untitl golden brown.  Cool completely, Distribute yogurt and strawberries evenly among the phyllo nests
