Creamy Cookies and Cream Protein Shake
- 4 cups unsweetened almond or flax milk
- 2 1/2 scoops low-carb Cookies and Cream whey protein (or flavor of your choice)
- 1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 pints egg beaters (or Pasteurized Egg Whites)
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher and whisk until blended.
- Add Egg Beaters and whisk until blended
