Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups unsweetened almond or flax milk
  • 2 1/2 scoops low-carb Cookies and Cream whey protein (or flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 pints egg beaters (or Pasteurized Egg Whites)

Instructions
 

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher and whisk until blended.
  • Add Egg Beaters and whisk until blended
