
Crockpot Chipotle Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 2 cups Chipotle salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Place pork in crockpot; sprinkle with onions, add canned tomatoes and chiles, and top with the chipotle salsa. Cook on Low 8 hours. Meat will be extremely tender!
