  • 3 cups gourmet salad greens
  • 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved (about 6)
  • 2 tbs chopped walnuts
  • 3 oz grilled salmon
  • 3 tbs reduced fat raspberry walnut vinaigrette


  • Place salad greens on a large plate or bowl. Add feta cheese, tomatoes, walnuts and salmon. Top with dressing and enjoy!
