Grilled Salmon Salad with Walnuts, Feta Cheese and Tomatoes
- 3 cups gourmet salad greens
- 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved (about 6)
- 2 tbs chopped walnuts
- 3 oz grilled salmon
- 3 tbs reduced fat raspberry walnut vinaigrette
- Place salad greens on a large plate or bowl. Add feta cheese, tomatoes, walnuts and salmon. Top with dressing and enjoy!
