Oatmeal Surprise (Small Portion)
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese or plain green yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 scoop whey protein powder flavor of your choice
- 1 tbs sugar free fruit spread/jam
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (unsweetened)
- Add ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined
- Refrigerate minimum of 30 minutes to overnight and enjoy!!
