  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese or plain green yogurt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop whey protein powder flavor of your choice
  • 1 tbs sugar free fruit spread/jam
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (unsweetened)


  • Add ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined
  • Refrigerate minimum of 30 minutes to overnight and enjoy!!
