  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop low carb whey protein powder flavor of your choice
  • 1 tbs sugar free fruit spread
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries


  • Add ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. Refrigerate minimum of 30 minutes to overnight and enjoy!!
