- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop low carb whey protein powder flavor of your choice
- 1 tbs sugar free fruit spread
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
- Add ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. Refrigerate minimum of 30 minutes to overnight and enjoy!!
