On Track With Your Nutrition (Part 3)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]So now we’re ready to get started! Make sure you have carved out 2-3 hours for your prep. Here are some other things you’ll need to do before the cooking begins:

  1. Make sure your kitchen, counters and table are clean and you have lots of space to work
  2. Make sure your dishwasher and sink are empty
  3. Print out all of the recipes and meal plan instructions
  4. Ensure all meat is thawed completely
  5. Group together the recipe page, ingredients and all bowls/pans/utensils/cutting boards needed for each recipe
  6. Place the liner in your crockpot and preheat your oven
  7. Have 2-3 timers available (smart phone, microwave, oven, Alexa, kitchen timer, etc.)
  8. Wash your hands and let’s begin!
