Ingredients
  

  • 36 oz fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Scoops low carb whey protein (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2 cups Fiber One Original Cereal

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt and protein powder together and divide into 5 same-sized containers.
  • Measure 1/4 cup cereal into 5 snack bags.
  • To serve, stir 1 bag of cereal into 1 container of yogurt and enjoy!
