
Protein Eggnog
Ingredients
- 4 cups almond or flax milk
- 2 1/2 scoops low carb vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tsp nutmeg
- 2 pints egg beaters
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher and whisk until blended
- Add Egg Beaters and whisk until blended
