  • 4 cups almond or flax milk
  • 2 1/2 scoops low carb vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 pints egg beaters


  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher and whisk until blended
  • Add Egg Beaters and whisk until blended
