  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen stir fry vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, bell pepper, etc)
  • 42 oz rotisserie chicken breast meat (or cooked chicken breast) cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 bottles G Hughes SugarFfree Teriyaki Marinade


  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium high and stir fry vegetables until crisp tender
  • Add chicken to skillet, reduce heat to medium low, pour teriyaki marinade over chicken and vegetables and simmer 4-5 minutes
  • Serve over cooked Jasmine, Basmati or Brown Rice*
