There are lots of lower carb recipes that also happen to be Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, diary-free, etc. The main dish recipes also are mostly protein/carbohydrate balanced with a 1:1 ratio, or close to it.

As with everything….moderation is key! Although foods are healthy, low carb, low fat, whole grain, etc., they all still contain calories of which your body only needs so much of. Enjoy the foods and flavors, just remember to portion them out and track them inyour nutrition diary!
