Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray muffin tray with cooking spray.
  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and divide among socketsin tray
  4. Bake until you can insert a fork and remove it without anything sticking,about 12-15 minutes
  5. Top muffins with Greek yogurt
