Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 3 oz sirloin steak
- 1/3 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/3 cup sliced red bell peppers
- 1/3 cup sliced onion
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 4 tbs salsa
- 2 tbs low-fat sour cream

Instructions
- In a skillet, saute olive oil, cumin and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add steak strips and cook about 5 minutes.
- Add pepper and onion slices and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Place mixture in tortillas and fold. Top with salsa and sour cream.
