
Sugar Free Balsamic Reduction
Ingredients
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring vinegar and sweetener to a boil. Boil until liquid is reduced to 1 cup. ***NOTE: Make sure to have a well ventilated kitchen while doing this! Reducing vinegar can be very strong to the nose/eyes, similarly to onions***

Optional add-ins:
1/2 tsp fresh orange or lemon zest
1 tsp fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried herbs)
