  • 2 sirloin steaks 6oz each
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • In a small bowl, combine the ingredients.
  • Press the rub into both sides of the meat and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to grilling to intensify flavors.
  • Grill 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through grilling time.
