Texas Rubbed Beef
- 2 sirloin steaks 6oz each
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients.
- Press the rub into both sides of the meat and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to grilling to intensify flavors.
- Grill 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through grilling time.
